Appointment-Based Services

One-Year Reading (PDF Delivery)

Payments made for appointment-based consultations or sessions are eligible to be reversed only when the appointment is cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time. If a cancellation or rescheduling request is submitted less than 24 hours prior to the appointment, the payment is not eligible for reversal.

The One-Year Reading is the only service offered that does not require an appointment. This customized digital report is delivered as a PDF directly to the customer's email mailbox within 72 hours of order placement. Payment for the One-Year Reading is handled strictly under its own stated delivery and refund terms provided at checkout.

Non-Refundable Situations

To request a payment reversal, contact support@celestialcodelibrary.com with your order details and scheduled appointment time. Eligible requests are processed within 5 to 10 business days. Reversals are issued directly to the original payment method used during checkout.

Payment reversals will not be granted for appointment cancellations or rescheduling requests submitted fewer than 24 hours before the scheduled time, for missed appointments without prior 24-hour notice, or for fulfilled digital products delivered in accordance with it's stated terms.
